In order to work normally, the resistance must be controlled within a certain range. Once it exceeds the range, the filter element must be cleaned. During dust cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the cylinder is sprayed into the corresponding filter element through the Venturi tube through each hole of the spray pipe, and the filter element is instantly and rapidly reduced. Expansion causes the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter element to fall off, and the filter element returns to its initial state. Clean up the dust that falls into the ash hopper and collect it in a centralized cabinet. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter element is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
